Welcome to Tumble Trust

Tumble Trust provides innovative relaxation retreats at some of the most affordable
Christian centres in the UK.
Tumble Trust takes its inspiration from the Christian contemplative tradition. It is also
good fun.

The workshops, in a friendly group setting, are experiential and therapeutic and aim to
provide an antidote to stress and over-tension. Tumble has been described as 'learning to be - an introduction to meditation.'
